Looking for a dinner recommendation
DH and I are
heading to Minneapolis this upcoming weekend for our anniversary and are looking for a
place to get dinner, preferably a steakhouse. We are staying about 3 blocks
from the MOA, but will have a car and are willing to travel a little bit to get
somewhere. We are willing to spend up to $100 total (dinner, drinks,
dessert). Any suggestions? TIA!
Re: Looking for a dinner recommendation
Fabulous steak places:
Capital Grille
Ruth's Chris
Manny's
Murray's
If you want to stay down in the MOA area and not head downtown, Kincaid's is wonderful. It's just a few exits from MOA on 494 and easy to get to/park at, etc.
Also, there's a McCormick and Schmick's at the Westin Edina off of France Ave. Very close to MOA as well.
I second Kinkaids, McCormick's and add the Bloomington Chop House. It is in the Hilton Hotel off Highway 494 and France Avenue - easy to get to from MOA as it's right off the highway. It's one of my favorite places to get a filet mignon in the twin cities.
Otherwise, if you want some nightlife, go downtown Minneapolis. Ruth's Chris is delish. Manny's is also fantastic. Manny's in a fun art deco building and the bar has sort of a cool modern vibe to it - provides for GREAT people watching and would be a fun place to wear a flirty outfit.
