Getting Make-up Done Professionally
I'm in a wedding on October 8 and I want to have my make-up professionally done. The only person I have ever trusted to give me a full face of make-up is the bride, and I don't think she'll be available that day. :-)
Do any of you have reccomendations?

This guy, Patrick, is in the east village. He's awesome! He also has a hand in the manufacturing of the products he uses, the prices are really reasonable, and he will make you look amazing, plus he's really fun and I just had a great overall experience. PLUS it's local, so you can support a local resident/artist
Also, I know some of the pictures on the website are over the top, but he did my makeup and the makeup of a couple of friends, and he is very good at lower-key makeup too.
Patrick is awesome! He used to work at MAC at Valley West Mall and was friends with my ex. I didn't realize he had his own place, but I've seen the work he does for weddings and such and he's just amazing.

I think you already picked someone, but Dawn did my make-up for my wedding, you can see the pictures on FB, but she did a wonderful job!
