Etching pie plate wording
Ok, I found clear glass pie plates at Alco the other day and plan to do them for the wedding presents I need to give in the next few weeks (along with two hanging handtowels and a cookbook). What do I etch on them? I'm thinking maybe just their monogram? Or just her name? Or something like "This pie was made by Megan Such-and-such"? Suggestions??? One wedding is Saturday...need help!

Her first name + his first name and their wedding date.
I don't know that I'd do last names unless you're absolutely who is taking names.

Very classy.
Or, how about the (last) name and Est. x-x-xx

I really like this, actually! Also, I know she is taking his name for sure, it came up in conversation (he owns a very successful welding business that she runs the office for, she said she can't wait to answer the phone using his last name, so people "know" who she is) though out here in rural Nebraska, it's pretty odd for the girl to not take the guys name.
That would be super embarrassing though, if someone didn't know for sure!

The ones I have just have my last name on them and I love them.
