Do you know your blood type?

Just curious if people generally know this or don't . . .

Re: Do you know your blood type?

  • LOL, I need a special snowflake...

I *thought* I knew my blood type... thought it was A+ for most of my life.  But when I was pregnant, they typed me and I was B+.  So I answered, Yes, found out recently.

  • I've known I was O- most of my life. My whole family is O+ so I'm the "oddball". If anyone doesn't know, there is a "diet" (rather a lifestyle) for your blood type and when I follow it generally I'm much thinner than when I eat the "avoid" foods. I have typed notes on the whole book but here are some links that may be useful if you are interested in learning more. If you want the typed notes I'd be happy to email you them, just post here and I'll check in and send them your way.

Eat Right for your Baby (getting pregnant and having a healthy baby type info)
There are other books for various ailments, arthritis, diabetes etc but I figure these might be most useful for our group of ladies. HTH!
