Re: Say say say- Anything
ohhhhhh myyyy gosh. why on earth do coaches have to be so effing ridiculously mean? sometimes i want to SHAKE people and tell them, "YOU ARE DEALING WITH 14 YEAR OLD GIRLS! SAY SOMETHING NICE ONCE IN A WHILE."

I totally think of you as a regular SA poster.
I don't think SA killed the board though. It was moving & shaking for a long time after we started this trend.
i totally have "video killed the radio star" stuck in my head now
I automatically went there too!

This morning Cooper woke up at 6am. He's been waking earlier since we converted the bed, so I decided he could just stay in his room. He whimpered for my sister off and on for a little while, then asked for DH. When I went in there, that child was so freaking mad that it was me and not Aunt Sassy that he threw a full on fit.
At first, I felt bad for him. I guess he dreamed about her because he really expected her to be there. Then he started kicking and screaming and just being mean that I told him when he wanted to get out of bed, he could. And I walked out of the room.
Sure enough, he was right behind me.
LOL My Cooper wakes up every.freaking.morning asking for Dada. Well DH leaves for work before Cooper gets up. Then after I tell him "dada's not here, dada's at work" he starts asking for "Papa" (my FIL) after that it's usually "Grammy" (my mom). He also usually insists on looking around the house for himself, you know, in case Dada and Papa are indeed hiding in the bathroom. Some mornings he's so insistent on "talk dada" that we have to call Mike at work. I'm going to video him saying good morning and talking so I can play it over and over for Cooper. I may need to video FIL too.
I'm apparently chopped liver and rank somewhere below the dog in terms of who he wants to see when he wakes up. M swears that Cooper asks for me when I'm not home, but I think he's just trying to make me feel better, he never says Mama.
same here... except when he's really tired or sad or hurting or something.
For the most part both of my kids do this. Works to my advantage when they call for Dad in the middle of the night though
. Abby was mad this morning that it was me and has told me all day that she "needs him".
Crazy Christmas Kids!
Oh yeah, I forgot, the hours between midnight and 6am, that's when he wants Mama.
I spent the last hour trying to get through HPs awful, awful employee purchase website, trying to get one of the touchpads released today. They were made available at 9am and literally by 9:01, the system had crashed.
An hour of refresh, reload, retry. And just as soon as I got an order "confirmation" (and I use that term verrrrry loosely - I have no idea if we actually get one or not), J IMed me to say that he didn't want to buy it anyway and wants to spend the money on something else instead.
4 Hours, I spent 4 hours trying to buy the damn thing. Finally got an order number but who knows if I will actually get one. DH even tried on the HP network and it had crashed too. Kind of ironic that HP can't even handle keeping the network up for a sale.
J sent me this comment earlier and it made me laugh: If only somebody could point HP in the direction of a good enterprise services firm that could manage their servers under heavy traffic load.
Ha!
If you get it, I know someone that is looking to buy one.
I'll let you know what happens! I noticed that the 16GB is now out of stock but that the 32GB is still available. I can't decide if I want them to cancel the order or not - that was not a pleasant shopping experience.
DH just got his confirmation email. We got the 32g one.
He hasn't used it since, but I had rrr sign up for it so he could keep track of woodworking and house projects he was interested in. So unless K's using it to collect fashion photos I wouldn't be too worried.
I needed a good chuckle! Thank you!
Namasate.
He's definitely slightly out of the normal range, but he can make a mean cookie!
I couldn't get the 32GB link to work earlier, only the 16G so that's what I ordered. And it's *still* sitting in a pending status. The 32G is now sitting there available, taunting me. But I think the penalty is death for trying to order more than one. Hopefully by morning it will be straightened out.
I seriously want a bowl of that icing and a spoon! I was impressed!
I think he'd like it
K is awesome... Once I get down there, we can work on our Wilton roses together!
Do I need to send you listings for my neighborhood?
Wouldn't hurt!
I bought a night at Hotel Sorella last October in a silent auction, and it has to be used by Nov. 1 of this year, on a weekend date.
I can't use it. RAWR. So i have decided to give it away to someone via my business FB page... so if you're interested, go there and comment.

I'm taking a break. I feel like I haven't been on here in forever.
It's my day off and well I've been working since 6am. This sucks.
