Katers, I'm so sorry about your sisters situation. I've been in a position where my sister was going through something pretty terrible, and I couldn't be there to help. I'm sorry for you too. I still have a few friends in DC. What kind of job might she be looking for?
I chaperoned Willa's class to see the ballet this morning. Trying to get 24 squirmy 5 year olds to be still and quiet in a dark room is challenging. Especially when I don't know more than 10 of their names. It was a good time. Willa's first bus ride - and she was so excited.
I wish it was 5!
I hate wishing away time, but I'm ready for the weekend.
I made a snarky comment to H about our electric bill the other day, since it was double than normal. He leaves lights on and other really annoying stuff.
When I logged on to pay it today, I realized it was so high because I forgot to pay last month's bill.

Sister guilt magnified; she's having a brain biopsy (here) next week (when we're in DC) so I can't even go sit with her or her DH.
