Brett and Emma are growing so fast. Today Emma was standing in her crib and holding on to the side. She decided to let go and fell and hit her head! I was freaking out (feeding Brett) but she didn't even cry. She stood up AGAIN but this time took 3 steps across the crib (while holding on)! Woo-hoo!
They are both pulling up all the time and crawling isn't as cute as it was at first, lol. I am chasing them all over and their favorite thing right now is the TV stand and all the shiny things around it.
They have been champs when it comes to solids but I am starting to give them more "real" food. Kennedy inspires me...when I see what she is eating, I give it to Brett and Emma! I guess tortillas are next

I haven't done any real update on my kids for a while. Both are doing well. In a month, I'm gonna have a twoddler...how did that happen? DD2 is rolling all over the place. She's still not STTN but I know it will come. It just fills my heart with happiness to see how much DD1 adores her little sister. I can't wait for DD2 to be a little bit bigger and older and watch both of them play.

Lila is growing up way to fast. She will be 7months tomorrow and is moving around SO much. Lazy butt still hasn't mastered crawling yet but I can't seem to keep her still. She is rolling off of her bouncer, rolling around the living room, flipping back and forth when you hold her. Sometimes its hard to keep up with her.... I have no idea what I am going to do when she actually starts to crawl! lol. She has been on solids for a few weeks now and is doing great.
Does anyone know when it is considered "safe" to let your baby sleep with a blanket? Lila is about to grow out of her sleep sacks and I am wondering if I should to buy more?

I don't know the answer to your question (mine still don't sleep with a blanket, but that doesn't mean they cant...) Does she really need a blanket? Couldn't she just wear footy pjs??
Shawna!!!! Oh my goodness! Correct me if I am wrong but weren't you under the belief that you were not able to have children? Maybe I am remembering wrong?
Anyway, CONGRATS!! I know that this pregnancy has to be a very happy occasion for you and your H!! You will be a SUPER mom

Maria! That is GREAT news! What a blessing, as I know you were considering at one point not having a second child. I have my fingers crossed that the pre-e was just a one time thing and you go on to have a healthy full term pregnancy!
And I am sending you energy vibes. I remember that I was SUPER tired throughout my pregnancy, I don't know how you do it with a toddler!

LOL maria I didn't even see this and we were talking yesterday, oops!! I'm so happy for you guys!! You and I are so close! And actually even though my edd is end of May, I have this uncontrollable feeling that June 1st will be the day. The weird thing is, my dad said the same thing and he didn't even know I had said that.
And yes, I have been told since I was 18 that I might have difficulty due to some scarring on my ovaries, however, apparently it wasn't an issue since we have only been trying since July.
Ryan -- we are absolutely stuck on a boy's name. I have several ideas but H doesn't love any of them and he has no ideas which doesn't really help. For girls I like the name Brinley and H is pretty much on board with that. Middle name might be Marie after my Nana (Marilyn). We are still in such early stages that we talk about names for fun but we haven't really gotten serious about it yet. I have my 2nd dr. appt next Monday so maybe after that we will buckle down and tell the rest of our friends and coworkers.
