I have had this recurring dream (nightmare?) that its our wedding day, and I have no dress, no hair and make-up plan, no flowers... basically, I have nothing prepared for the wedding. In my dream, I'm always searching for a dress at the last minute at random dress boutiques and freaking out. Right before I wake up, I tell my mom that maybe we should postpone the wedding." FI is never in the dream. Oddly enough, all the things that "aren't ready for the wedding" are things I still need to book/buy. WTF??

Before our wedding I had a dream that I didn't have a veil. Like, I was standing in the church waiting to walk down the aisle and was all "hey I forgot to order my veil! I guess I won't have one."
The weird thing was, I never considered getting married in a church and I already had the veil in my possession when I had the dream. Odd.
All I can say is, stay as calm and relaxed as you can. And take vitamins. I got shingles two months before the wedding and the doctor said it was possibly stress-related.
I've been really relaxed and go with the flow when it comes to wedding planning. I haven't been stressed at all, but this dream freaks me out!
I had dreams like that too. Only my DH was in them because invariably I wouldn't realize I didn't have a dress (or whatever) until halfway through the wedding, and then I'd be telling DH that we couldn't sign/send off the marriage license because I needed a do-over because I'd forgotten to put on my dress (or whatever). It was like a whole new twist on the getting somewhere important and realizing I forgot my pants dream.
Fortunately the dreams did not turn out to be predictive.
Also fortunate, unlike the dreams I had throughout high school, college, and my first several years after graduation (actually worse after graduation), where in it was always a big test and I couldn't get to school, or I'd just gotten to school and found out a research paper was due next period, I stopped having the wedding dreams after the wedding. What freaked me out the most about the wedding dreams was that I thought I would keep getting them just like the school dreams.
