Professional Expectations
I am writing a paper for my degree planning class and I need to get some outside perspectives on the professional expectations of someone with a Business Administration degree. I was hoping you ladies might be able to help me out.

TIA!
Re: Professional Expectations
When I interviewed for financial analysts (I was mid-management at a bank) I looked for the following for my entry level positions - I split this into knowledge and ability. The reason why is that knowledge can be gained as you learn a job (for example, when I graduated from college, I had basic knowledge of financial/accounting principles, but learned about banking principles as I learned the job). With abilities/skill - some people do certain things better. Like, I have the ability to shoot a basketball, and with practice can learn to do it better, but some people have that ability to hit a shot 99 out of 100 times.
