a "push gift" for having a baby?
Re: a "push gift" for having a baby?
It seems a little weird to me. But while we're at it, I want a Lexus with a giant bow for Christmas--TV says that happens in real life too;)
According to google, push presents have a long historical connection to England however they were only published about in the US in the 90s.
I received a mother/child necklace upon the birth of our adopted child.
Such gifts don't have to full of diamonds or be expensive. I think it is simply something nice that a husband gives to his wife upon her becoming a mother. I don't think it is something that is required but it certainly is nice.
