I have lost 15.7 inches in 7 weeks from my arms, chest, waist, hips and thighs.
I weigh in tomorrow but as of last Saturday, I have lost 29.6 pounds.
I can't see much of a difference yet, but I can sure feel it.
Go me!

Medifast
It's intense, but I don't feel deprived or hungry at all. Pretty awesome.
One of the girls I work with was doing Medifast to trim down for her wedding....she lost weight like crazy, and the food she was eating here in the office always smelled delicious.
However, I tasted her vanilla pudding one time, and was repulsed.
But she did say that was definitely one of the least tasty options.
lol! Yeah, you basically detox from sugar, simple carbs and excess salt, so at first all the food tasted a little... off. But as you get used to it and your tastes buds adjust, it tastes a lot better. The pudding... I've never made it the way it's supposed to be made. I blend it with root beer and ice cubes to make a root beer float of sorts. It's pretty awesome.
