Yeah I'm with HS on this one.
OMG lol. This is awesome.
This makes me giggle. Like whoa. lol
I kind of expect that getting arrested is apart of the college experience provided as the offenses were minor.
Yanno, urinating in public, public intoxication, getting thrown in the paddy wagon after hurling insults at police in riot gear during a protest, etc.
Click me, click me!
LOL sounds like my dad in the 60's...except he was getting arrested for attacking a police officer who was trying to arrest his friend who was trippin' on LSD.
And no one knew about this until he tried to purchase a gun 4 years ago and the Department of Homeland Security had to investigate him before being cleared to legally own a firearm. Needless to say, my mom now wonders what else she doesn't know about his past.
5150'd is not an excon. You aren't convicted when you are put on hold. The operative word in excon is convict. A 5150 doesn't show up on a background check. I know because I've been 5150'd four times and had to do a background check so I could work in the school system. I passed with flying colors.
Now I understand that people might have a moral trepidation about me working in a school while being diagnosed with a psychotic disorder, but I'm only a danger to myself.
Great, now I'm feeling uncomfortable about going to work on Thurs.
