It's almost Thanksgiving, what are you thankful for this year? I'm sure thankful for the awesome support system I have. Sometimes I still feel really lonely, but I know I'm lucky to have the people I do have in my life.
How do you feel about dating? I feel like it's a necessary evil, I guess. It's not fun for me, but I miss being in a relationship with a man and really want that going forward. My background is that XH is really the first guy I ever had a real relationship with (and that started when I was 21 and went on for 9+ years), so I feel really awkward dating now. I also know it will get easier.
What's your favorite early dating activity and why? I really like bowling - weird, I know. But most people aren't great at it, so both people feel kind of vulnerable - also, you can talk while playing, so I like that aspect too.
