I am so excited for you to know! Stan really liked Dr. L, even though he kept calling me Mrs. (Mylastname).
I'm down with the exorbitant number of exclamation points...you should see how many my husband includes in his texts when I send him little updates that way. He woke me up at 5:30 this morning to talk about the babies. He talks about syringes in his sleep (no joke!).
OJO! This is seriously AMAZING news! CONGRATULATIONS!!! I just knew that one day I'd open a post just like this. You deserve it! You will be the best Mommy ever! I bet your baby(babies) will be potty trained before 2 years old. In fact, I'm willing to bet that your baby (babies) will come out with a few tricks up their sleeve ('s).
I'm seriously THRILLED for you! I'm definitely sending thousands of positive thoughts and prayers your way that you have a wonderful, healthy, happy and AMAZING 9 months!
Keep us updated!
Have you calculated your EDD??? I just realized that you are likely due in early to mid July, right????? My EDDs ranged from June 28 to July 4 (and the little stinker was forcibly evicted on July 11). I especially love to watch the pregnancies of mamas due in late June/early July. It totally takes me back! I am so genuinely happy for you.
Dr. L is still there?? Well, where else would he go? He flubbed up with me a time or two on details, but as long as he knows his RE stuff. . . And, he does mean well.
I feel a little silly, but I've totally got a cheesy grin because I'm so pleased for you. It must be the sisterhood of infertility and military affiliation! I'll stop gushing now. . .
Okay, I wasn't *that* big, but I felt that big.
My face literally hurts from smiling. I've peed on so many sticks and had two days of really awful morning sickness, so I would have thought it'd feel more "real" than this. It's so surreal to wait and wait and wait (and wait some more) to finally do IVF, and then that process really did seem to go quickly (for me), so to do nothing now...it's weird. An hour after my first +HPT, I helped demo the floor in my bedroom and started putting down new flooring, LOL.
My EDD is 26 July. Joe's mom, siblings, and eight (IIRC) of his nieces and nephews have July birthdays, so it's funny that it worked out this way.
I do want to know how many babies that lady is carrying. If it's only one, I'm going to go hide in my bathroom and never come out. "You must be ready to pop any day!" must be the phrase that makes that lady want to stab people.
I keep wondering and I've got myself convinced that it's at least 3, if not 4.
This was me at 39 weeks--I was pregnant 20 more days before I delivered LO.
My guess would be three at 34 along. But that's just a guess. I'm impressed she's upright and not supporting her belly.
Ojo--you will rock your bump, one Ojito or two Ojitos!
