Update
So I wanted to wait until after my doctors appt today to update everyone. We confirmed today what I believed, I miscarried last week. They did bloodwork today to see how my hcg levels were so they can make sure they get down to 0. This whole thing sucks and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
