I'm the SAME way! I buy most of our gifts online.. literally, I'm going to a specific store for 2 people's presents. That's it. Right before I check out online, I google said store coupon codes and use those to save even more. Then, I'm done.

Is it a Kosher wine? I would think that several liquor stores over in the HP area might be able to help you track it down. I'm mad too, because I want some of the wine that my brother and I had on our trip last year. A malbec. So yummy!!!!!
Poo. I know this is all the way in Denton but we used Wine^2 for our wedding and we still hang out there every once in awhile. Brook ordered wine just for us, but of course it was a whole case but you might check them out. (940) 384-9463. If they have the ability to help you out and can get it by the 3rd, I don't mind picking it up and bringing it to our party.
It took us 40 minutes to get from 35-North Loop 288 to State School Road in Denton last night on our way to Lewisville. After about 20 minutes of only going 5 miles, I really wanted to turn around and just go home.
Thank you, everyone, for telling me what I needed to hear. I've been on the phone all morning it seems (ahem ... sorry work) calling everyone back. I'm actually pretty excited because everyone I contacted was willing to come out on Friday (a day I already have off work and plan to be at the house all day.)
So I have 2 tile people coming to give me quotes on Friday, and late in the day a carpet cleaning company is coming to clean the carpets in the rest of the house.
I did request a bid from another carpet cleaning place, and they gave me a ballpark that was higher. So I just went ahead and scheduled it with the cheaper place. So I did price-compare a little, at least!
The last three times I've driven home from Denton (last Thursday, Monday and yesterday) it's taken me over an hour to get from Fouts Field to my house in Carrollton. Ridiculous.
Were his prices pretty reasonable? I found a person who would give me a great price on it, but he's booked until January. :-/
Anna and Jaymi- I don't know what's up with the traffic lately! It's been really bad lately, so I don't know why it wasn't bad this morning! But I'm not complaining. It will only get worse as the holiday season gets closer! :-(

Marie - I'm with Lacey on this one - I'm of absolutely no help, but i too can't wait to see your new tile.
Sarah - let me get the number of the artist my family uses...my mother, father, brother, sister, and two uncles swear by him - i think they've each gotten at least two or three done by him THIS year alone. I've never personally used him - but hearing him on speaker phone he seems sweet and seeing his work he might be worth a call. He's in Denton. Not sure what shop he works for. But i can get his name and number if you like.
DH and I went for a 10 mile bike ride this morning. Although I had a ton of fun i have three complaints 1. i forgot my gloves and hat - so my ears and hands froze. 2. my butt is probably going to hurt for the next 4 days. and 3. It's disappointing to know that a 10 mile bike ride burns the amount of calories as on can of soda. LAME!
Totally off-topic, but I just colored my hair(out of the box) and it looked awesome, UNTIL I looked closer, and realized I didnt cover all of the blonde.
Now I'm going to have to go back up to walmart, with all the crazy people and get another box. I wouldnt do it if it wasnt noticeable, but it is. So re-coloring my hair a second time today should be FUN. Not.
I just had Chick Fil-A, and it was awesome. Their tea is heaven

The reason why it was so light this morning was because hardly anyone was working. It's so bad in the afternoons because everyone is running their errands. I had to go to Grapevine every day this week and it was pretty bad today and I told Bill to not come home on 35E due to everyone and their brother heading to OK this afternoon. It was a nightmare at 2:15 and it's only going to get worse!
This is why I'm so glad I take the train. I think I would kill someone or myself if I had to drive across the metroplex today.

His prices definitely aren't the cheapest, but his artwork is amazing. He was an artist first, turned tattoo artist. To me, I'd rather pay more for quality.. since it's going to be on me forever.
You can tell by his work. I don't have any super close pics of my tattoo on my chest (its 1 session away from being done).. but if you look thru my pics on my profile from TK, you should be able to see it. He also did my wings on my back..

I know he's in high demand. But my family seems to get tattoos on a whim...so i doubt you'd have to wait until january! But....like i said before - i haven't been. So i'm just guessing 
as for traffic this is one of those days i'll enjoy my 8pm shift
Yep. Just got back from Lewisville and it took forever and a day and the southbound lanes were backed up worse then than they were when we left at 1:30.
