I want to get the Ameda Purely Yours pump and I'm debating between two packages.
The only difference between the two packages is the Ultra package comes with two additional flange sizes and a manual single hand pump.
The cost difference is only $50 but I'm trying to cut back on spending across the board. I'm just wondering if anyone found having other flange sizes and the manual pump useful enough to spend the extra money?

I have that pump, and I am not a fan of the hand pump that came with it. I ended up purchasing this one and I looooooove it.

What don't you like about the Ameda hand pump and what do you like about the Lansinoh one?

The hand pump that came with my Ameda pump is a POS. There is a little white part in the middle that falls out of the slot, rendering the pump useless. Also it just feels cheap, like I could break it with one good pump.
I find the Lansinoh ergonomically more comfortable-- but that is personal preference. Also, the Lansinoh came with a flexishield and the Ameda did not. I am sure I could have purchased the flexishield for the Ameda, but it just wasn't worth it to me.
Ditto Amy, I hate that manual hand pump, so I've stuck with just the electric, and luckily I haven't had to lug it around (I will for work though). I may look into the Lansinoh manual one... good to know!
Also, I didn't use the extra sizes either, the standards worked just fine for me and my breasts got pretty big FWIW.
