This is great! Mister was sticking his face out from under the couch yesterday kind of like this. All you could see was a nose and eyes.

And I just have to say I'm super impressed with all of your cat pictures! Every time I try and catch Mister doing something super cutesy on camera he stops or runs under the couch.

What did you do this weekend?
Picked up my (fixed) old Malibu, went to a FRG meeting (and learned the VP is stepping down- I might run for FRG VP!), went out to dinner with my sister, shopped with my parents, did laundry and the dishes, went to choir practice, ate nachos, and stopped by the library to get more books.
What are your cats' names?
Miss Kiki, Chuchi and Michimi are my 3 cats. I currently also have a foster kitty named Hunnie Bear!
What weird quirks do you have?
Uhhhhhhhh, aside from my addiction to WoW? If I could do so healthily, I would only eat candy and bread. I heavily use the "stuffing" method when it comes to cleaning (aka stuff a bunch of stuff into the closet and hope no one wants to put their coat in there). I hold grudges for a really long time. I haven't worn shorts (even in my own house) in like 6-7 years. I have about 10 pairs of my favorite pajama pants and will accept no substitutes!

What is your number one comfort food?
Strangely enough, Mexican food from my favorite local place. It's not just the epic food (grande quesadilla steak + side of guac), it's the fact that all the waiters know my name and most of them know what I'm going to order.
What book would you recommend everyone read because you loved it so much?
Considering all the books I've read, that's a really hard question so I'll break it down a little bit.
My recommended book of 2011 would be Divergent by Veronica Roth.
From the classics, I'd recommend A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith.

I loved that book! I'm actually kind of mad at myself though for reading it when only 1 book was out because I have zero patience and hate waiting for the next ones.
Have you read The Hunger Games series? I loved that series, and have never been so excited about a movie coming out before!
Heck yesssss. I really enjoyed THG and was ridiculously excited when I heard there was a movie in the works. I'm not completely sold on their actor choice for Peeta, but we shall see. There will be hell to pay if they take too many "creative liberties"!

I agree, on both points. The way I pictured them in my head, Peeta and Gale should have been cast opposite of what they were. I'm totally Team Peeta, and I really hope that I don't end up liking Gale more in the movies because he is hotter.
And yes, I really hope they stay close to the books or I'll be very upset. The Help is one of my other favorites, and I was very happy with how close to the book they made the movie. So I'm hoping this is the same!
I know right? At first when they announced it I thought it was some kind of mistake/mix up. Peeta was supposed to be this ridiculously strong guy- able to lift 100lb bags of flour with ease! The actor they chose is kind string-beany.
Then I was hoping he'd pull a Taylor Lautner and bulk up 50 pounds for the role, but from what I've seen in the trailers that hasn't happened.

I'm seriously considering reading the Hunger Games but I'm afraid I won't "get it" or love it as much as everyone else does.
I know and it drives me insane! And I always figured Gale was thin and scrawny because he didn't get a ton of food, but yet the actor is freaking built.
Mary have you run any of the new 5-man dungeons and if so how do you feel about them? I'm skeered to take my tankadin into any pugs yet but I'm really curious about how things are.
Also, have you run the new raid yet at all?
I've done the first of the new heroics on each of my 4 85s. It was surprisingly easy, but that might have been because I was with a competent guild group and not a random lol. As long as you have a decent healer you should be good. The loot is great for a 5-man!
I haven't run Hour of Twilight yet. My guild is giving everyone 2 weeks to get any necessary gear upgrades from the heroics and to read up on the fights before we start so hopefully things will go smoothly.
This will sound awful, but I'm a little bummed at the timing of H's leave once he gets back. We're going to try to do a mini-vacation and I will end up missing progression nights because of that. I've worked really hard to be a vital part of the raid team, and there is this other warrior who is always trying to steal my spot. I'm positive he is going to jump on the chance to get in while I'm gone.

I doubt it. I hadn't read a book in at least 5 years probably, and then decided to read The Help when H was deployed, and then the THG series off recommendations from friends on TK. These books honestly made me love reading again, and I have read so many books since then. They are quick reads, but awesome. So you could always just read the first one and see how you feel.
