Re: Evening thread
Whatev. Being in customer service gives me even more rights to biitch about poor customer service.
Edie- it's this recipe, minus the watercress: http://www.weightwatchers.com/food/rcp/RecipePage.aspx?recipeId=100601
We're having it with a fish with mango salsa. I may just see how it is with the sweet salsa mixed in?

Steph, you deafbat, I just said Matt said to add sugar.
ETA: And J&K agrees with me. But just adding the salsa sounds good, too.

Yup.
Everything the light touches is my kingdom.
A lot of them are. I was working with a local shop group. You memorize the tally sheet questions which are different for each business:
Were you greeted promptly upon entering the restaurant?
How long did you wait in line at the register?
Was a manager on duty visible?
Did the associate offer you upsell/Target card/drive up?
Then you have a few goals:
In Target they'd often have you ask for help in a certain dept. and then log the name of who helped, how easy they were to find to get help...
Restaurants you often call before going and ask a question to access the phone customer service.
Then you fill out the big questionnaire and mail it in with your receipt as proof of the shop. Then they reimburse up to the previously stated amount for the shop.
Target: usually reimbursed up to $30
Restaurants: Depends upon the # of people but anywhere from $10 at Subway to $50 at a nice place.
Jiffy-Lube: Cost of a standard oil change
Some shops also don't require you to buy anything. These typically pay $10. and only want you to access the appearance of the staff and their friendliness and professionalism.

I'm sorry, I'm dying over here. I don't know why it's so funny (Edie, I'm not laughing at you, I promise...I'm just...I don't know. It's funny).

The last time I tried to play A2A I got a crazy virus on my work computer.
Totally not related but FI is taking me to Disneyland for my birthday. I think we are going to get year passes as well. Sweet!
Well, for now I'm about to go make some dinner, and sadly, by the time I'm at work, everyone will probably be gone
BUT you guys could post some good drama while I'm gone for me to read when I get to work
Quick, someone call someone fat and stupid!
Everything the light touches is my kingdom.
Ugh! Really, god Jes you need a new job!
Jess, you are ugly. Yeah, this doesn't work around these hotties.
Dodgers, I saw that weird thread. SO bizarre. Usually sarabear has legit threads.
RAWR!
I know that is why I had no issue opening the link since it was from her. I left for the weekend and on my Monday I had my IT guy check it out and it was a pretty clever virus.
I played that round of A2A, and I didn't get a virus
.
That really sucks
My brother is here and I have tomorrow off and we are playing an impromptu ruit tourney? Oh Monday night.

Verdict: quinoa with salsa was delish. Especially with my baked tilapia. nom. and super healthy! I think it was like 8 points total, for a ridiculous amount of food. (I love that fruit is free. seriously.)
Sex thread? what?
Eat.Drink.BeMarried. Blog.
What is this my dear?
I know a lot of people did but some people did get a virus. Some newb(I think) posted a thread about it on E and most people told her she was wrong or that she must had it before. I kind of felt bad I didn't know if they were joking with her or not so I posted in there that I had gotten one too JIC someone thought she was just making it up.
I remember that thread.
So you didn't add sugar Steph?

Evening ladies...sounds like everyone has had an interesting day.
J - I can't believe you didn't lose your mind at Target - I worked in customer service for 15 years, and while I know how much it can suck, the way that cashier treated you in unacceptable.
I'm on a conference call right now, that I am ashamed to admit I'm not listening to at all, because I'm Knotting..or, Nesting?
So glad Monday is over - 3 more days then a 1/2 day Friday! Can't wait.
When I see nesting, I think of someone picking up random sparkly objects and wrappers and placing them randomly about their house.
I've got no clue what happened that day! I played a few games, and no virus for me. I legit thought that chick was lying when she first posted that she got a virus! Sorry Dodgers
