Also, what DSLR did you get? Was it an early Christmas present?
I got a Canon Rebel T3 (I think). It was on black friday sale on target.com. LOVE IT so far! And it was a Christmas/last-big-present-until-David's-done-with-med-school present LOL

A BFP and sticky baby (it's basically the only thing I REALLY want)
And just because people can't buy me or guarantee that for me I guess I have to add some other stuff to my list too, like:

A new personal blender since my Magic Bullet is on its last leg, I'm thinking maybe the Ninja Blender
A new TV since our 18 year old one in our living room is breaking

dan and i bought a new tv for our living room so that is our present but then he is getting me the zumba wii game. i want a kindle but don't see that happening since i can use the kindle app on my tablet.

I don't know what to ask for. The things I want are too expensive to ask for and all the reasonable stuff I wanted I asked for my birthday.

Its our lame equivalent to black Friday. Boxing day is the day after Christmas and all the stores have huge sales to clear out leftover Christmas stock. A lot of places continue sales for the entire week after Christmas.
The big thing I really wanted was an iPad, and my awesome husband already gave it to me as an early Christmas gift!
On my list for other people, I also put a new wallet, watch, garbage can for my kitchen, gcs to movie theaters, local restaurants, Amazon and iTunes, and a few movies I wanted. Oh, and a dutch oven, which my mom got me.
A larger Coach purse (DH got me one two years ago that I absolutely love, but I can't fit much in it).
A pair of cute black winter boots

Money towards our Cali trip (that we're not 100% sure we're able to afford even after $ as a Christmas gift-otherwise it'll go towards daycare for the pups haha)

I didn't have to make a list because B and I don't exchange gifts, just stockings.
My parents are getting us plane tickets to visit them.
On B's side his mom drew my name and she always puts together great gifts and doesn't ask for a list.

Then I had a small Christmas registry at Bed Bath & Beyond..some of what is on there is: an immersion blender, a better blade for my kitchenaid, a PSU picnic table for tailgating. You can go look it up on their website under the registry section if you want to see everything.

I sent the link to B saying "just in case you wanted to buy me something..." haha!

I'm pretty bummed because I found out yesterday that I had about $900 worth of fraudulent charges on my credit card and as Mark was helping me sort it out, he totally saw everything I'd gotten him for Christmas. Oh well.

We have after Christmas sales and clearance sales but it isn't called anything special, I don't think...
Boo to that! I think you have quite enough crap going on in your life right now and shouldn't have to deal with that. I had a similar situation not too long ago and it totally sucked. So sorry :-(

I know, right? When it rains it pours. Although, I must say the fraud teams at Macy's and Discover were absolutely awesome about fixing things.
