No, Knapp Corner is a good 25 min away from us. :-( If I did live near there though I would TOTALLY use that feature. Maybe the Wyoming or Grandville Meijer has this?

Is there are charge for online shopping at Knapp? It's not the closest Meijer but it's not terribly far either...might be worth it for days I just can't bear to drag a bratty 2 year old.
Ladies, I'm about 24 hours from my very first law school exam. Alternately, I feel like I can rock this thing, or like I might puke or burst into tears at any moment. Hopefully the actual result will be the former
You have all been so wonderfully encouraging this semester, but if I could ask for thoughts, prayers, good vibes, whatever you like to send tomorrow and for the 11 days after during which I'll take three more exams. It does help to know I'm surrounded by so many good wishes.

They don't, unfortunately. I think there are only 3 Meijers total that offer the service. Its surprising because I think its well-used.

I believe its $6.95, or $25 per month. I do a large order twice a month. Plus, they don't take coupons yet, so I make an extra run just for those items when I have time. Its well worth it to me.

I was super late for work this morning. Blah... I didn't want to get out of bed. And then I thought today was Thursday, and I was excited that tomorrow is Friday. But no. It's not.
The Knapp Meijer isn't near me, but it's only about 10 minutes from where I work. I've considered doing the grocery pick-up there, but I've never actually done it. I agree that more stores should be offering it.

Had a girls weekend in Chicago, and went to second city. HILARIOUS, I don't think I have ever laughed so hard in my life.

Diana: I happen to have looked in a crystal ball with morning and it show me an image of a a graded test and the test seemed to be rocking back and forth. Then the letter D and P appeared over the test and started to rock in time with the test. This obviously means that your going to ROCK that exam.
I have The Help in my netflix que so I should get it soon.
I am running and doing some reports that I have to get done today. Blah!

I don't mind grocery shopping either, but when Nick is with me, it slows me down. He wants to do Aldi today too, which is easier with two people (mostly for bagging). If I were only doing Meijer, I'd say "See ya!" and do it alone. We might do some Christmas shopping while we're out too.
Deeder, you should totally look into that. I know there are services on the east coast that shop and deliver groceries for you. That would be even better!
There are so many good movies coming out this week. I want to see The Help and Cowboys vs. Aliens. I recorded The Proposal on DVR the other night to watch. I think it is seriously my favorite movie. Ryan Reynolds makes me swoon and I LOL every time I watch it.
So I'm back from NYC. Have been back since Monday, but had two major resident events these past two days.
IT WAS AWESOME!
But I did not meet Brian Williams. Sadface. At least we got to see his studio.
I hate doing the bagging at Aldi myself but I love their prices.
I would totally pay someone to do my grocery shopping.
On an unrelated note, I am home sick again today. This ear infection just won't go away and I'm exhausted, probably from the antibiotics. I need to learn to just rest so I can get over this!

I don't mind grocery shopping really. Sometimes I just feel like I don't have time for the several hour expenditure of time (do meal plan, create grocery list, shop, unload and put away groceries). So, for me, the pick-up feature would be more of a time savings thing and not because I don't like the actual shopping part. Although, I guess I wouldn't save that much time, since I would still be doing steps 1, 2, and 4 of the grocery shopping process.
I saw the Wisconsin mitten thing on FB yesterday! Posers! Seriously, I was kind of annoyed by the audacity of the state of Wisconsin. WTH?!
