Re: Where did you travel to in 2011 and where are you going next year?
I moved to Australia in January, but before that, we took a quick tour of the US to visit my family -- San Francisco, Kansas City, Little Rock, and New Orleans, before heading back to SF for the flights to Australia.
Once in Australia, we didn't really do much traveling (budget constrains with only one of us working), but I did spend a day in Melbourne meeting up with some college friends, and we had a weekend trip to Brisbane for a wedding in May.
Next year, we are planning a weekend in Melbourne in January, 2 weddings on 2 successive weekends in February, and trip to Canberra to see my college friend before she moves to where-ever the AF sends her family next. We are also planning a trip back to the US at the end of 2012 to be there for a Caribbean family reunion cruise in January 2013.
Not really much traveling as such, but I only ever had one big vacation a year, so it's not that different to me.
