Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Update to Monday
STBXH's attorney called my attorney and told him that STBXH will not do anything attorney tells him to with getting appraisals on things (big suprise). She is considering having him get a new attorney. My attorney wants to know if we want to wait and see what happens, or push through and get a court date any way? I will have to pay the fee's unless the judge makes him pay, but with little money coming in and him living at mommies and doing drugs, he doesnt have a penny to his name. I am just ready for this to be done. My attorney gave me the choice, but I am leaning towards sticking it to him and just getting this *** done with.
Re: Update to Monday
Whatever option would make a resolution come quicker is what I vote on. What happens if you go ahead and get a court date... you have all your stuff in order and are ready to go, and his side is still fumbling around (getting appraisals or whatever you mention?) Can the judge still rule and get it over with? Or do you need him to get those appraisals and do his part?
Whatever option gets this over for you quicker is the better one, in my opinion.
