So I've been on eharmony this past weekend since it's free communication.
One of my questions in the first round asks how long they've lived alone. My definition of "alone" means you pay your own bills and you don't live with your parents. Roommates count as living alone in my book. One of my matches said "never," so I immediately closed the match.
He found me on facebook and shot me a message asking why, so I gave him my reasons. He then clarified that he thought alone meant by yourself and has always had roommates, so we talked for a while. But this morning I feel so weird about it all... am I overreacting? He said he found me googling my first name, dog's name and my city... so weird.
WWYD?
Re: Um... what?
Ditto on both counts.
I also think it is super weird he stalked you out like that.
Living alone to me means no roommates too.
Fair enough. I wish I could clarify on the questions, but eharmony doesn't let you clarify on the first round of questions. I suppose I could keep communication open if someone says "never" and in the second round of questions ask for clarification.
He did ask me on a date at the end of our conversation and I said that I need to recharge my batteries after the holidays. What I really meant was, "I need an escape plan from your stalker azz."
WTF.
That is NUTS. Danger Will Robinson!
