As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

i brought one of these with me...while i can't guarantee that it works (since h and our friend also did not get sick), but it's the only water i drank...occasionally i had a little soda, but i didn't get ice, and i avoided fresh juice (since fresh juice is usually mixed with water), and i didn't have uncooked dairy (unless it was cold, packaged yogurt).
since it took h and i longer than we had hoped to GKTFU (even though the timeline is still pretty short compared to a lot of people on TB or the GP board!), it was stressful enough for us, and we tried not to "post-pone life" based on our baby-goals. just something to think about.
