I think wearing heels makes me look skinnier. They also make me feel like a big giant. Counter tops are too low! Toilets are harder to descend upon! Other people are too tiny to look in the eye! CHRISTIN SMASH!

Yes, and all those dillholes are just like, "oh what an azzhole". Who isn't tired of this girls drama already? I feel the same way when I wear heels and I'm only 5'3". It's hilarious. Lowering myself onto a toilet feels like it takes twice as long and I get bored on the way down! I also find it necessary to runway model walk when I wear them.

Maybe Floyd and her H should have another baby to see if that fixes their marriage.

I don't wear heels but they certainly are a trick to make you look skinnier. Also, the pointier they are, the skinnier you look. But, I don't know how you people wear them all day. Do you sit all day at work? Have bionic feet? I'm also always afraid I'm going to take a header. I wore heels to a wedding last February. The drunk brother of the bride grabbed me off my chair to dance and I went down like a sack of potatoes. Mortifying. Luckily I have a pocket husband so I don't feel the need to wear heels ever. I'm more of a patent leather loafer in funky colors person.

First world problems: Shazam is not going to be finished downloading before the song some kid is playing outside my office is over and now I'll never know what it is.

EDIT: this post is not about Floyd! LOL! Sorry, I posted before reading. I don't even know what the big deal is about the fight with her H. I barely know the situation and it sounds standard to me. How can you get enraged by something so predictable?

Oh, I didn't even go back to see my dismissal. That happens all the time. I get sent somewhere from here, I can't stop myself from commenting, then forget to check out the ensuing backlash. Plus, I'm not willing to fight over it. I think that Floyd is a complete moronic tool from the stuff I've read here and there about/from her and I don't get the rallying around/for her. If someone acted like that here and posted that shiit, especially a regular, she be schooled immediately, not coddled with "ooh, what a douchebag. That sucks. Kick him in the balls or do you want me to do it!?" WTF IS that?

Definitely more than 2%. If someone really felt judged or like people weren't going to feel sorry for her, she probably wouldn't continue to be a regular. There were plenty of people all boo-hooing with her about what a douche her H is and wanting to see her at the gtg.

Yeah, I agree with this. If a regular I liked was going through the same thing I would still be telling them to leave, but in the nicest way possible. But, after it never ended and few measures were being taken to fix it, well...

I mean, really, it is her decision. If she wants to wait around in hopes that he will become the man she is hoping he is, then go for it. But Jeebus, keep it to yourself. There are plenty of things I would not share with this board, no matter how much I like everyone.

this totally. As long as you put up with bs, you get what you deserve. There has to be a level of personal responsibility here. If you are unhappy with the current situation, it's up to you to change it. Hand wringing gets old when there's no action attached.
