As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

M's will be going down with us, and will return with my husband once the adoption is legal. I will remain in Peru for another week or two, until we get the visa to bring him home.
M's been doing absolutely wonderful for the last 4 months or so. He still is having a tough time of school, but we've really seen some major improvements since we've gotten him the first part of the specialized help he needs. Behaviorally he's come an astonishingly long way, and emotionally, he's been really opening up to us about his past and his fears/concerns. It's really been amazing. I'm sure there will be lots of growing pains as he goes from finally having (two) someone's undivided attention to having to share us, but we're working hard to lay the groundwork and we're going to make it a priority to have as much one-on-one time with him as possible, too.
