TIP and TB's 3-6 Month

I check Gadgets and Tech but it makes my feminist bone hurt worse than when someone posted a link on TB to their "look I took my laptop apart GIRL POWER!" blog post and it made me die inside because they hadn't even actually fixed the laptop because, you know, they got busy with dinner and babees and stuff ya know.

Hmmm...no. its a straight up aggressive question / conversation I want to ask / have in a somewhat secret circumstance. good old fashioned mean spirited fun with a casual attempt at protecting the feelings of the person that I want to gossip about.,

Oh, and TIP is and will always be my first love, but I enjoy lurking and piping in on MM, ML, and H&F. I lurk on SO sometimes, P&CE now and again, and I'll venture over to the Blended Families board about once a month. Usually I leave scratching my head as to why I go there.

I have a love/hate relationship with PCE. Sometimes I love them, and sometimes I think they're a pack of arm flailing loonies. I lurk ML too, but don't feel like they're a good fit for me, and I can't really define why. I'd totally give most of the MLers I 'know' the be fri part of a best friends charm when they're offboard, so it's puzzling.

I will say that when I started lurking (way back in 2005. 2005!!!), back when there was only the knot, I spent most of my stalker time on the board with most of the ML peeps. I remember when StageDva had just miscarried before getting pregnant again, and thought LHC was a librarian for the longest time. :-/
