Oh no! Well I hope you feel better very soon! I'm ok. I still have a cough but it's mostly just annoying. I'm coughing less today so I'm hoping I turned a corner.

How's your H? Wasn't he sick too? How's his rash?

Yeah he was sick but he seems to be getting better. As soon as he was prescribed the prednizone and took it for a few days, it went away. We ordered pizza the other night but it was not from Papa Johns. After we ate Papa Johns last time was when it started showing up. So...............

    How are your classes going?

Well I hope it stays away.

Classes are ok. Hard. I managed to save the class every one hates until the end. Which is stupid. I should have just gotten it out the way. 1 week down, 14 weeks to go!

That is awesome. :) You can do it!!! Let me know when  you are on this end of the state again.

  • Everyone gone?  I'm bored.

  • I'm on and off this afternoon.

D&MJ - Do you play slots or tables?

D&MJ - Do you play slots or tables?

I play a combo of both.

If I've had a few drinks and I'm feeling social, I will play tables.  I love craps, black jack and texas hold 'em.

If it's the beginning of the night, no drinks and I'm not feeling social, I'll stick with slots.

It takes building up some nerve for me to play tables, because I'm pretty shy (when sober...haha.)

  • My work computer makes a really loud buzzing noise.  It's incredibly irritating.

IT guy says my department is getting new computers this year.  Hopefully I'm not insane by then.

  • The bulb in my full spectrum light has died.  I'm too seasonal affected disordered to go get a new one.  I'm kidding, but I have noticed a lot of changes in myself over the past week.  We went on a two hour walk yesterday, and it made a big difference.  I'be got to replace that light, though.

The pictures from the walk are adorable.  You have a beautiful family.  :)

I think I need to look into a SAD light.  Though, so far, it's been an easy, "happy" winter for me.

I have played black jack three times in my life. I don't want the other players to get made at me if I make the wrong move. Ridiculous, I know, but it keeps me from sitting down at tables a lot. I blow through money too fast on slots, but it is normally where i end up. Then I just watch whoever I am with play the tables.

  • I know the new social security office is now on Knapp near the Beltline. If you are going towards the East Beltline on Knapp, is it on the left or right? Is the building obvious? Is it before you get to Meijer? I am stupid and didn't get my name changed right after we got married and now I have to get it done before I do taxes. ** slaps forehead**

I hope you have an easy time getting the bulb you need. Enjoy the sunshine today.

  • I have a goofy family, that's for sure.

That place was beautiful.  It was almost perfect.  There was a shooting range nearby, and the sound of gunfire in the woods is unnerving.

It has been an easy winter.  By this time, I'm normally considering  selling everything I own to move us south.

It's in the same place as Celebration Cinema. So I think that would make it on your left. There's an Aldi's by it too I believe.

  • Oooh, our first real issue with one of the rentals has come up.  There apprears to be an issue with the pipe connected to the toilet going down into the basement.  This could be crappy.  Wink
  • Hi ladies!  First day of the semester for me.  I'm playing catchup a bit this week because I chose to do nothing all break (the last week I *should* have started my readings for this week), but it should be fine.  I have plenty of time to get it all done.

The hardest part is that grades are still not out.  It's killing me to not have closure on the past semester.  I just want to know, so that good or bad I can just move on and cope.

I hate waiting for things like that!  Do you at least have an idea on how you did?  I'm sure you did great.  Good luck, I hope you get it soon!

  • We just got our pre-approval.  It took 6 hours, but felt like an eternity.

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm excited.

I don't even really feel like I have any idea how I did.  All of my classes only had the one final exam, upon which my entire grade was based.  Throughout the semester, I felt pretty good about my understanding but that isn't necessarily an indication of what grade.  Plus, all of my classes are on a mandatory curve where only a certain percentage of the class can receive each grade, with most clumped in the B and C range.  So even if I felt great, there's no telling what any of my colleagues might have done better.
