Hi ladies! I never get on over here -- I still haven't quite transitioned from TK.
Congrats on the new job, Angela! I'm so happy for you!
Do you want kids? Yes! How many? 3-4. Maybe more. DH's cousin just found out she's having twins and we are the jealous.
When do you plan to start trying, if you aren't already? We've tentatively planned to start trying in October of this year. Since we're living so far apart right now we don't really want to conceive within the next six months because DH would miss out on a lot of the pregnancy. I will admit, as much as I miss him, resisting the urge to jump him when I see him this weekend will be tough.
Is there something particular you want to do before having kids? Not really. I think we'd both like to get some international travel in, but DH's job has international opportunities, so we might be moving our family around the world for a big part of our lives anyway. For a while I thought it would be nice to just enjoy being married, and maybe when I actually get to live with him I'll feel that way again, but I currently have the fever pretty bad.
If you're waiting, or if you don't want kids at all, tell us why in 10 words or less. Not wanting to be pregnant and living alone.

Thanks for all of the congratulations. I'm pretty excited, and Daniel's relieved. Yes, it's at Baylor Grapevine in their CVICU, so I'll have to learn some new things to take care of open heart surgeries but I'm looking forward to it!
Yay! Good for you. If you ever send anything to the micro lab, it will probably come to my work

That's where we are having little Caroline! I love that hospital. We spent a good chunk of 2010 there with my step dad as he battled cancer and I can't say enough about the nursing staff we dealt with. Congrats again!

When do you plan to start trying, if you aren't already? In 2 years. We already wanted to wait a couple years when we got married, but my doctor told us not to get pregnant until I'm clear 2 years from my surgery date. God has had a plan for us/me the whole time and I'm still amazed how it's worked out.
