Probably ER. Nearly every Thursday night, I still tell DH how I miss ER and wish it was still on. I loved that show.
Seinfeld ranks a close second, and we quote that a lot. I even referenced it in our blog once:

We make the rockin' world go 'round.
Midsomer Murders. Part of this is due to it being on Netflix streaming, but over the past 2 years or so I've seen ever episode at least 3 times.
Runners up would be Felicity & My So Called Life, both of which I've owned DVDs of.
St. John, USVI
sex and the city and friends
Stand up for something you believe in.
Will & Grace, Friends, and Friday Night Lights. I'm still sad about FNL!
I have never seen an episode of Sex and the City. True story.
Scout
Chocolate Blog!
My So Called Life.
I still think that I would have had a shot with Jordan Catalano.
Not if I got there first.
I can't pick just one! These are all at the very top of my list:
The Simpsons
Seinfeld
I Love Lucy
Golden Girls
Sex and the City
Seinfeld and LOST (except for that damn last episode)
That freaking episode basically ruined the whole series for me.
Yep, same 2 for me as well. I also enjoyed Step by Step, Family Matters, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch, but I didn't watch those as much as the 2 favorites I named.
