Re: QOTD Tuesday
1. French Polynesia - we will probably never be able to afford a trip there...
2. France - hopefully in the next few years
3. British Virgin Islands - hopefully in the next few years
4. Hawaii - 5-10 years
5. UK (again) - 5-10 years
Realistic ones:
1. Portland
2. Seattle
3. San Francisco
(All 3 are realistic weekend trips from here, and hopefully we'll do at least one this summer. Our friends in San Fran who have family here have said they'd trade houses with us for a weekend so that's probably most realistic. We also have friends in Portland we could stay with.)
4. Alaska (could be in the 5 year plan)
5. Disney World & Disneyland 1/2 marathons in the same year for the coast-to-coast challenge. I would like to do this in 2015 for my 40th birthday.
Big-Dream Bucket List
1. Ireland/Scotland - I have been but only weekend trips when I was studying abroad and DH never has; both of us have family heritage there.
2. The Holy land - DH would never do this, I would have to go with a church group or with a friend.
3. India
4. Italy (again for me, 1st time for DH)
5. Australia & New Zealand
