Good news - I have a new itern at work. A recent college grad that is looking to keep busy while she job searches. She is awesome.
Bad news - that will limit Nesting and FB for a while.
Good news - they added the new desk to my work area and I get to keep the window spot and the way they moved the desks around, I still have privacy.
Bad news - the desk and other items were donated and were in a factory. They are STINKY!!! Hopefully it clears out soon. Plus I didn't have access to a computer for most of the day, so I am going to have to work tonight from home a bit to catch up.

Afternoons seem to be the busy part of my days it seems. Mornings are pretty laid back and slow going and then after lunch it kicks up. So I come back at night and see what was/is happening.
gvsu - It sounds like the good far outweighs the bad. Yay for interns and window spots!!
I've never had Qdoba. We always go to Chipotle. My sister says that Qdoba is better than Chipotle so maybe I need to check it out.
Greenglam - where are you guys going to dinner for your DH's birthday?
Mmm Qdoba, I think they are still doing a 2 for $15 deal after 4pm.
Deeder, I feel the same way. I always come on at night and catch up.
I am watching "The Biggest Loser" and eating nachos and drinking a beer all while sitting on my keester.
I *think* Noah is finally on his way to walking. He is finally only hanging on to one of my hands while walking and he is finally taking a step or two before diving for the couch/DH/me while practicing. Someday I will be able to tell you he is walking. Actually, you will probably be hearing me shout it from the rooftops. haha!

I love this show! I think it is great that they teach not only losing weight through exercise, but healthy eating. (as I munch on nachos...I really need to learn from the show myself!)
We are almost always eating terrible for us food when we are watching the show.
Thank you for asking! I'm not too bad. Morning sickness basically 5 days a week, but once it is out I can get on with the day. Henry thinks this is funny and sometimes will imitate the noises I make. One time he did put his little hand on my back when Mike told him I was sick. That made me tear up a little. Almost 2, sometimes a stinker but he really can be so sweet.
Thursday I turn 13 weeks, so hopefully I will have smoother times ahead in the 2nd tri. Fingers crossed.
I will cross my fingers for you!!! What a sweetie pie Henry is, that made me tear up...him putting his little hand on your back. I know what you mean about sometimes being a stinker....Noah has been showing his "I am declaring my independence" colors lately. But I have to admit, half of the time he is throwing a "tantrum" I am trying not to laugh at him!

I am doing homework for this weekend. I have to present a chapter in a book that deals with a career theory that states that a large part of vocational choice is biological and confirmed by experience. Huh. I don't agree with it, but it's interesting.
awww. Sweet little boy stories. LOVE IT. I don't get that much with a "little" one. I had a really bad case of bronchitis about 4 years and I was laying on the sofa and SS came over and just petted my head for a while. It was nice.

That is interesting....I would not agree with totally either. Although, I ended up doing the exact same thing as my mom...but my brother is light years away from either my parent's careers or anything my family had experience with.
Awhile back, there was a mini battle of Qdoba vs. Chipotle. I believe Chymes is a huge Chipotle fan. Personally, I almost always go to Qdoba, but it's a proximity thing. I feel like the two are completely interchangeable and wouldn't go out of my way to choose one over the other.
