I think a lot of that has to do with how I was raised.. but it's also about living within your means and if that means that we don't have everything and our kids don't either that's ok. You can learn to be happy with less. That being said I would never have 12 kids and then live on government money just so I could have 12 kids. We do practice NFP, and definitely plan to continue doing so.. and if it means that we need to wait a few years before we can financially have another one then we would wait.

Cleaning days: Get up @ 7:20 bring H to work, come home eat breakfast. I'm usually out the door by 8:10-9:00ish depending where I'm cleaning. Spend the morning cleaning. Come home for lunch find random things to do the rest of the day. As well as fitting a walk in sometime in the afternoon
Other days: Get up whenever I feel like it. I usually try to be up by 8:30 so at least I can still have a productive day. Find things to do around the house, cleaning/laundry etc. or sewing.. or spending time online.
3 nights a week we usually go down to the IL's since DH uses his mom's elliptical and we go visit his grandma who lives next door.

For myself I definitely do. For the houses that I clean I try to encourage it as much as possible but that being said there is still a few chemical cleaners that some people want me to use.. I try keep exposure to a minimum though.
