Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Vistaprint is awesome

This week, I bought a Vistaprint voucher for $50 worth of products and last night, I put in an order.  Well, during the check out process, I never saw the box to put in my voucher number/promo code, and kept proceeding to the next page until-oops, I had submitted my order.

So, I emailed customer service, explained the situation and that I would like credit for my voucher and have $50 of my order refunded back to me.  I got a reply email this morning-not only are they refunding me the $50 of my order, but they told me that my voucher will STILL be active for me to use.  So basically, I got my entire order for free! (except shipping-which was more than the $50 anyway and I was planning on paying it) 

Talk about good customer service!

  • I got a groupon for Christmas Cards for Vistaprint and had the same problem.  I never saw where to put in the code, and because I had bought from there before and it remembered my information, it charged my card.  I immediately called customer service and they were awesome!  They refunded my money and the guy was super helpful!!
