Overwhelmed
Maybe I'm just emotional, but seriously, all of you are amazing. My growing list of friends to contact after the appointment is incredibly heartwarming. Baby S is so blessed to have such awesome honorary aunts in Juneville!

I still think we need to do a GTG sometime. That way we can all be friends in "real life" too...because that would be awesome.
I also have found the love and support from this group so overwhelming in such a good way. I am even surprised how much I have come to care for all of you, having never met any one IRL.
A GTG would be so fun!

Kimberet: I totally agree. My H and I are Canadian, but I'm always telling him that if a Juneville GTG ever gets to be a reality, I am going to drop everything and drive to wherever it happens to be

I think we should try to get something together for next summer. That would give us time to save money, etc.
Maybe we could find a map and everybody add their location so we can find the most central place.
I think that is a good idea, it is something that we could all plan on. We could also look at cities that have easy/easier airport access.

My initial reaction was leave them at home, but only because, I'm hoping will have a fairly young one at home next summer and we may not have a family member close by who would be able to stay for a weekend. Seriously I think planning for a baby makes me crazy
But I'm truly fine with either. I think Josh would love to meet everyone and meet all of your H's as well. They could all bond over having wives who are always talking about Juneville

I too love the community/friendships that I've developed with all of you! I find coming to work in the morning so much easier when I know that means I get to chat with my Juneville ladies.
I plan to be on TN updating every minute after work waiting for the big gender reveal. I am so excited! A GTG would be awesome! H is going to think I'm crazy though for wanting to get together with a bunch of "strangers".

Mine already thinks I'm crazy! I talked to him last night about baby shower presents, and he thought it was just wierd. He was like "why buy presents for someone you don't even know and giving them our address is even stranger" But I was all like "they're not stragers, they're my friends."
I have to start by apologizing for the weird formats of my posts lately. While I am at work I open my email as if I am doing something work-related, but am actually responding to a post and then copying and pasting here. Apparently, TN doesn't like it
Like many have said, I love, love, love Juneville. It's a place where I feel like I can be myself and not be judged. There are just some things I can't tell my IRL friends that I can tell you all. And I know when I tell you guys something you are not judging my comments or decisions. It's nice to have a place with such loving and caring women to confide in!

DH is glad that I have you because he knows I have had some not so nice "friends" in the past and I think he would be happy for me to get to spend some real quality time with you.
I think we should have a girls only get together, it would seem more natural because it's usually just us girls here on the board (besides Hanz's vlog
). I see us renting a big house on a beach (lake or ocean) for a long weekend...

OMG a GTG would be the best thing ever. I'm always up for a vacation! And definitely on a lake or a beach!! And instead of eating out we're each in charge of creating a pinterest meal... haha
I've been watching the clock all day just to make sure I'm not late for the big reveal! Pink or blue... pink or blue!

Doh. I skimmed and saw "ocean"..lol! I'm going to look to see if there is a place online where we can "map" where we're all located and that can find a central area...do you think something like that exists?
A cruise!! My hair dresser is going on like a 3 or 4 day cruise and its only like 500$ a person only thing it doesn't include is your alcohol. I don't know how she found one so cheap though I'll have to ask her.
Another thing is you can always find vacation homes on vacationrentals.com if we could find a good deal and a good meeting ground that would be awesome! This is totally possible ladies!

I think the only way I could do a cruise was if it went out of Galveston, TX...so boring (unless someone has a good hook-up??). lol
I think a summer 2013 GTG would be awesome! Plenty of time to plan!
I love the idea of renting a house somewhere that we could all meet at but a cruise or a all inclusive would be awesome too. We could get a block of rooms all together.
I vote Girls only too. The husbands can stay home and watch the furbabies and real babies.
