  I ducked out before it all went down, but from what I can tell, yankeebaby had posted FORVER. Everyone knew her backstory, she was witty, blah, blah, blah. There were people who were getting their photos stolen by a troll who would use a barely different sn (for example, they would post as BetttyBookworm) and steal siggies and photos and it was crazy. There was back and forth between yankeebaby and this troll about who yankeebaby really was, yankeebaby would throw out personal info- "PM me and I'll send you my bar number (she claimed to be a lawyer)"

  Anyway, I'm not sure exactly how it ended, only that it turns out yankeebaby was a complete fraud. She had exchanged baby gifts and all of this with other posters and there was a lot of crazy surrounding it all.

  Holy crap.  Is this the same yankeebaby who would post on P&CE from time to time?  I always thought she was awesome.
  

  As far as I know. I tried to google her, and I'm getting nothing. Now I'm scared that I'm starting rumors. I need to get the straight story.

  you aren't.  I don't have anything to add to what you said, but what you wrote above seems more or less correct.  she represented that she was someone completely different, who was an acquaintance of hers.  lots of hurt feelings there on behalf of people that were friends with her (not me, i'm just an observer).

  Did anyone here witness the Mrs.Bliss drama?  She posted that her children and husband died in a car wreck.  And it turned out later that her husband had filed for divorce and the children had been taken by CPS.  Posting that they all died horrifically was "her way of mourning."
