I am really confused by this episode. I don't even know what block party is. Whatever it is, it seemed/sounded like a pretty casual event. I really don't know why meatballs were so elevated in status compared to chicken salad. They made her feel like she was an idiot for picking chicken salad and praised a darn meatball. It was like picnic meets super bowl party, but the judges were snobs about it. Obnoxious.
All of this. But Paul is my pick to win it. This season is really disappointing, I think the contestants are kind of awful.
I had also picked Bev to be top 3, and those girls looked like cows for treating her that way. I told the hubbs I would be embarrased to be on national TV treating someone like that. My parents would be so ashamed!
