OMG I just logged my food for today and I only have 43 calories left! WTF?! I didn't eat that much, and most of it was fruit!
*pout*
Unfortunately fruit has a lot of calories. Not compared to a cheeseburger or anything, butit definetely adds up.
ETA: And then I drank another glass and a half of wine and pita and hummus... I was over by 200 calories.... oh well!

You can track your daily food intake, exercise, and keep track of your weight.
You start off by saying you weigh X amount, and you have X type of job (sedentary, active, etc.), and it will tell you how many calories you should eat per day to lose weight.
