Well, it isn't really a poll, but how fake are you? You could list anything from wearing a push-up bra to waxing your eyebrows to wearing spanx.
I am asking because some dude wrote an article about how he felt so decieved when he took home this girl and she was all sorts of altered.

Well, I wear high heels and in the summer I use fake tanner. I have dyed my hair twice for short periods of time. I wear makeup every day.
I wear a push up bra.
I wax my eyebrows (infrequently, but I do.)
I wear make-up. I guess that would be different from how I look naturally.
I color my hair.
Here's a list:
1. Hair colored (not hugely different than my natural color, just enhanced)
2. Eye brows waxed
3. I wear camis that I feel like hold my chub in a little bit so I guess that counts
ETA: I didn't realize wearing make-up or high heels counted. I do both. And I also style my hair so I don't scare people.
I think that's it. Regarding that article you read, I will say that I've wondered about girls that wear hugely padded bras before. Like...when you get undressed, the jig is up ya know?!
Every bra I own (except sports bras) is a padded push-up bra.
I fill in my eyebrows with brow corrector (they are barely visible without it), and I regularly wear other makeup.
Do heels count as fake? They make me look taller, but it's not like it isn't obvious if I'm wearing heels.
My straight teeth are the result of braces, and I occasionally whiten my teeth.
I can't think of much else.

I wear very little makeup (mascara and mineral veil with a bit of tinted moisturizer under my eyes), I let my hair air dry except my bangs, my finger nails are usually naked, I own a push up bra but don't usually wear it, I haven't gotten a haircut in over a year...
What you see is what you get with me.
I wear makeup every day and high heels when I go out, but that's about it.
I don't get fake nails, dye my hair, pad my bras (as if I needed that), fake tan, and some days I don't even style my hair.
Let's start head to toe. LOL
Hair: It's naturally curly but I do use products and I also defuse to achieve a certain look.
I puck my eye brows
I wear powder, mascara, eyeshadow, eyeliner, and blush.
I paint my nails.
I occasionally wear spanx (I would say 1-2x a month)
Other than ALL of that, it's all me.
I am going to sound terrible compared to you guys!!
Here is my list: self tanner, fake boobs, make-up, heels, whiten my teeth, eyebrows waxed, facials, nails done, hair dyed, oh - I shave a couple nose hairs that stick out and that is about it.
I shave places. And have my eyebrows waxed.
Majority of my bras have some sort of push-up to them, but I don't "need" it, I sometimes feel more comfortable though.
And when I'm feeling fat, I wear pants (usually jeans) that could be pulled higher to hide love handles and then I wear a long shirt/sweater.
Sometimes I wear mascara/eyeliner.
And I usually always have my toenails painted.

I used to wear push up bra's. now I'm okay w/my flat chest.
I fill in my eyebrows. I have a scar on my left side that looks like I overplucked/don't have an eyebrow.
I wear heels. On special occasions, I have been known to wear fake lashes. I have worn Spanx.

I've pondered this too... I've even heard some girls wearing 2 bras to make their bust bigger when they go out (bars/clubs), and I figure they must not go home with any guys because how awkward would it be if 2 bras would up on the floor?
Push up bra plus Spanx...can you imagine taking that off in front of someone?
I wouldn't say what I do is fake, but more of an "enhancement".
Things I do: dye my hair, pedicures in the summer, give myself weekly manicures, get eyebrows waxed, wear make-up, put a lot of thought into getting dressed for work or going out, and use Crest white strips. And I enjoy doing all of these things.
Almost everyday: Brows waxed, make-up applied, hair dyed, and I shave, if you count that. I use product to make my hair less frizzy and put on a little perfume. I think one that we all do is try to wear clothes that flatter our figures so we kind of accentuate the good parts. :-)
Occassionally: Push up bra, spanks, heels, pedicure.
I would like to add my bras are not immensely padded push-ups. They just prevent hard nipples from showing in a cold area.

I highlight my hair on occasion and straighten it daily.
Makeup, waxed lip/brows, keep the nose hairs trimmed.
White strips occasionally.
Paint my own nails weekly.
Wear contacts.
Wear a super supportive bra (not padded).
Me three. Mine would be touching my chin if I attempted a push-up.
Yeah, all of my bras have cups or padding to them, just because I have pierced nipples, and I do not want them showing through.
I don't dye my hair, but I do try to style. I don't cut or trim it as often as I probably should. I rarely wear make up and if I do I only wear eye makeup. I only wear a padded bra because I get cold easily. The only time I wore anything like spanx was for my wedding. I might paint my toe nails when I feel like it. I don't paint my fingernails because it turns into a disaster. I am a pretty plain jane kind of girl.
I do like to wax my eye brows though and I wear contacts.
I pluck my eyebrows, wear lipstick, sometimes wear mascara and eyeliner, had braces. I'm also a what you see is what you get girl.
Oh and I also wear bras that are like Jenny's. They are so lightly lined that you can still see my nips when I'm cold, which is what I thought I could avoid when I bought that type of bra in the first place. Fail!

Wear makeup ( eyeliner, eyeshadow, lipstick )
Thats it. I'm kinda a " no miss no fuss" type of gal.

Hair: don't dye. But I do straighten or curl the ends for work so it doesn't look so stringy.
Face: makeup - foundation, blush, eyeliner, mascara (would skip foundation if I had an even complextion)
pluck eyebrows
mouth - only wear lip balm (no color). I use whitening toothpaste. Never had braces on my crooked teeth.
Fake bake in a tanning bed (don't flame me! I only go twice a week TOPS)
Nails: fingers - no polish
toes - I paint them in the summer
Shave legs and armpits (does that count?)
When I was 20 I thought I was too old to be wearing a pushup bra so I switched to lightly-lined! I'm glad to know so many full grown women wear pushup bras! But I'll stick with my lightly-lined bras.

Lol, I forgot about contacts. I wear them all the time. My H didn't even realize I had glasses until about 2 years in. I almost never wear them.
I wear make-up, straighten my hair, and pluck my eyebrows.
ETA: I forgot about wearing a push-up bra. I like 'em perky.
ETA2: I occasionally use Crest Whitening Strips.
I wear makeup to even out my skin tone and make it look like I wasnt out working the pole all night.
I have my eyebrows threaded every 3 months or so and keep up with them inbetween.
My bras pick my boobs off the ground but dont make them extra perky or anything they just put them where they belong.
I wear heels on rare occasions.
I am pretty sure that if someone took me home they would say I was deceiving because I dont look as heavy as I really am, I can apparently hide my fat really well.
