s/o s/o: post something funny (NGR-not gramma related)
The FB douche spinoff thread makes me think that TIP and I have totally different senses of humor and now I'm insecure in our relationship. Post something you think is hilarious so we can evaluate whether you & I should break up because I'm clearly a douche.
Re: s/o s/o: post something funny (NGR-not gramma related)
I thought it was funny too, to be honest. I know people who would do something like that and it really would be tongue in cheek.
The guy COULD BE a total douche- not removing that possibility.
But at face value - I laughed.

I didn't think it was funny. Not because I thought it was offensive, I just think he has a terrible sense of humor. I mean seriously, a Santa costume offers so many opportunities for a fantastic euphamism. And he just came out and said it.
I'm mad at the dude for wasting the opportunity.
Hah! That's fantastic.
I just thought it was lame. I guess you could say it was funny because it WAS lame as in, how could someone be so lame. So lame it was funny? I don't know. It didn't have me LOLing, so lame was the first thing that came to mind when I read it.
Now, maybe if I actually saw the picture and the comment and knew the person who posted it I might laugh.
I'm not sure if the full interviews are on there - from January 24th and January 25th's Colbert Reports, but it had me literally in tears when I watched it.

Now I know who to blame the next time my doorbell rings and there's a dude in black pants and a tie standing out there!.
Have you ever seen "An Idiot Abroad"? It's on the Science channel. I love it. I giggle uncontrollably during the entire show.
P.S. Please don't break up with me. I just don't know how I could fill that void in my life.
Lemme say this: I really feel that, in the context of that situation, the guy is a douche.
Now, if my H did something like that, I probably wouldn't care and might think it was chuckle-worthy.
If he made a habit of it, it would skeeve me out and piss me off.
To answer your OP, here is something that made me crack the fuuuck up this morning -- http://community.thenest.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/63354400.aspx
pedantic, that made me die too. Best gif ever. So maybe we don't need to break up!
