So much cute today. I'm way late, and my mind is mush, but I will echo katie's sentiments. I'm loving the positive reinforcement, it's making me do more things with my closet.

My favorite thing about this outfit is the built in "necklace" on the blouse. It also has ribbon for a bow at the back of the neck so it looks like you've literally cinched it around your neck.
