pre-run: 1/4 of a clif bar, 2 clif shot bloks

E1: 10 mile run

post run: 1 scoop protein mixed w/ water, medium DD 1/2 decaf coffee w/ cream

B: 2 slices ww toast w/ pb & banana

L: salad w/ spinach, romaine, carrots, cabbage, red/yellow/orange bell peppers, parmesan cheese, croutons, garbanzo beans, black olives, mushrooms & low cal italian dressing, 1/2 cup of LF cottage cheese, an apple

S: luna bar OR yogurt w/ strawberries

D: mesquite marinated chicken, roasted broccoli, rice

E2: push ups, planks, foam roll

  • B: Crispix, Grape Nuts & Fiber One w/ banana in skim milk

    L: BBQ chicken, cheese & veggies on ww, cauliflower w/ hummus, roasted sweet potatoes.

    S: Orange, yogurt w/ granola

    D: Cookbook book club, so a mix of what people made.  I made blondies that were made with oatmeal & they were just ok =(

    E: A quick elliptical session, if I can get it in.

    S: I made chocolate covered bacon for one of my bff's birthday yesterday. I have a slice leftover. It will find its way into my belly.

    D: something with chicken that was on sale yesterday. maybe a stir fry.

    E - I'm way behind on my training plan. Luckily, I have time to add another week. I have to figure out which run I'm up for today - still fighting off a cold/flu thing. I also need to do leg/abs strength training.

  • E1: 45 minutes on the bike

    B: Rolled oats, whole wheat toast, yogurt

    L: Leftover roasted veggie & goat cheese pasta salad from last night

    S: navel orange, TLC Kashi bar

    D: whatever H makes for dinner, one of our clean recipes

    D: Well, I had planned on spinach, white bean and goat cheese lasagna but now that it's warm out I don't really feel like turning on the oven.  So I might figure out something else, but that would require me going to the store.

    E: Rest day, but I plan on cleaning the house
