Holy cow re: CrossFit open
So I'm one of the top 3 scoring women in my gym for the Round 1 WOD. . . so that means my score counts for the team score!! And my team is in the top 30 in the region!! I guess my gym was only a few points short of qualifying for regionals last year (so we have a real chance of it this year) and **I** am helping them!!
Woot!!

That is awesome! My first attempt was pathetic but I think doing it at home had a lot to do with it. I love the motivation that comes from others at the box.
As brutal as the 7 minutes were I think it's something I'm going to start doing every 2 weeks to see how I'm improving.
And now that I've made this post all about me I'll say good job again.

Did you see the guy on the leaderboard who did 161 (there's a video posted). Totally amazing.
That WOD was a lung burner!!

109 is awesome! My H only did 84 and he was pissy for like 2 days about it.
My gym is in the top 30 for our region too. We made it last year to regionals, but couldn't get a full team to go. Hopefully we make it too, I really want to go cheer.
