Re: Thursday OOTD
cute dress, SB! I wish I could sew.
here I am wearing pants from the limited that are too big again, the rest is from TJ Maxx. I may go shopping for new pants this weekend.
oh you made that dress SB! nice pleat work! i like the color contrast (and i love red), and the chevron pattern is fun~
mashed i really like that outfit! eta: particularly the color with your complexion. and you are the incredible shrinking lady. you look very slim today
SB, I'm so impressed that you can sew. Cute dress! Mashed, you look really thin today!
Boring today. It's rainy and nasty and I feel like crap (I'm not pregnant and I'm not going through menopause, as it turns out). Sweater and tank - BR; Pants - ATL
So, people in this thread have sig codes and aren't sharing.
I'm making a list, people.
SB, I'm quite impressed with your dress. It's adorable!
Mashed, I'm really digging your sweater.
Nov - if that's what crap looks like, you can sign me right up. I'm sorry you're not going through the change.
This is me today:
Tank - target
Cardigan - sister's closet
Skirt - Maurice's
I finally worked up the courage to try skinny jeans, so we'll see.
Jeans: Old Navy cheapos so I don't feel guilty if I decide I hate them
shirt: Target. It looks like a plain black tunic from the front, but I love the back.
shoes: charcoal kitten heels from a local place. They're one of my favorite pairs.
Necklace: a gift from my brother (I took the pic before I put the necklace on, so just imagine it there)
SB: the dress is wonderful. I can't believe you made it.
Mashed: I love the color combination but agree that it would benefit from pants that fit. The pants being so big makes it much less polished.
Wendy: your outfit is cute and all, but I'm more impressed with your calves
They look great on you! Keep them!
Buddha, those jeans are awesome!
Butterfly dress from ON, Target cardigan and boots. Boring today.
Also I used a curling iron on my hair this morning, which I never do. I feel like Verona. I'm sure it's going to fall flat in about ten minutes.

buddha-you look smokin hot today. you've been given a gift of skinny jean friendly legs. don't put those pants on a shelf.
LHC-cute dress and i like your boots!
ok, here's me.
Hey Chancho, let me borrow some sweats.
hoodie-old navy, tshirt-some cheapo teeny bopper store, either rainbow or papaya, jeans-levis, tennis shoes-nike.
oh, and my tshirt has robots on it. lol.

Repeat. Dress from XXI.
SB - Love that look on you. You look great and nice job making that dress!
Mashed - Buy pants that fit! Show yourself off! I love the cardigan look.
November - Green is my favorite color. It looks great on you.
Wendy - Nice legs! You look super cute today.
Buddha - Keep the jeans. That is a really flattering outfit for you.
Lucy - Your hair looks great and I like that cardigan over the dress.
Katie - I think I wear a similar outfit every weekend. So comfy, yet stylish!
Kristen - You look great as usual. I love your style.
Very impressive, SB!
Mashed, I really like that top/jacket combo. Great colors. Can't wait to see it with your new skinny pants!
Nov, I like that color on you.
Wendy, that skirt is adorable!
Buddha, you can DEFINITELY pull off skinny jeans. I love the shoes, too.
Lucy, your hair looks great! Hope it stays how you want it to.
Katie, WANT that tshirt!
KB, cool pattern on the dress.
Moi:
Sweater and tank ON, skirt Mandees from a million years ago. Shoes are under-desk pumps. I got those shoes I ordered from ModCloth yesterday but it's naaaaasty today so there's no way I was going to wear them.
Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.
I have an OOTD tale of woe.
Yesterday I actually had to wear a suit for work, so I blew my hair out in the morning, and it was the prettiest hair in all the land. But then it was raining, so by the time I got to work my hard work had been wasted.
It was raining again on the way home, so by yesterday evening I looked like George Washington (no picture available).
Today was a no-wash day, and we had to get to daycare early to transfer all of James's stuff to the toddler room, so I just said F it.
Buddha, keep the jeans. They look great.
Here I am. Nothing too exciting, you've seen the grey/black stripe and the red sweater paired with other things. These black pants are new, though. And a size 6. I'm pumped.
SB - Jealous of your mad sewing skills. Love that dress.
Mashed - I love the colors you have on today. Very pretty.
Nov - Like the green.
Wendy - I like the shape of that skirt.
Buddha - You rock skinny jeans and I really love the back of that top.
LHC - Your hair is amazing.
Katie - Surprise robot. Love it.
KB - You rock dresses around here like no other. Another winner today!
Moo - Even if that skirt is a million years old, it looks great.
HT - You're always so thuper theriouth in your pictures. I'm sorry the weather ruined your hard work yesterday.
Okla - I like the outfit and your new skinny pants. That necklace looks fun too.
Moo, I love the color of that sweater, but I don't know that I love it with that skirt. The skirt doesn't seem to fit you well.
Okla, you pull outfits together so nicely. It's so polished but still comfy.
Sweater: Ann Taylor Loft
Jeans: Gap
Belt & lace cami: TargetHaven't posted much lately because I do a lot of repeats. Got new stuff this weekend, though, so here you go...
Sweater - Target; Purple Shirt and Black Pants - The Limited clearance rack; Shoes - Payless.
HT -- you looked so great yesterday! I'm sorry the rain ruined your perfect hairs. You look like crap today. (Not really.) I love your necklace!
SB -- I am so impressed you sewed that dress.
Okla -- nice job on the size 6 pants! I like your whole outfit.
