Not that it needs drama, but interesting discussions would be awesome. Mindless chatter is fun too but, I don't know. I miss some of the old days (minus the ridiculous shiit).

I, for one, do not miss the old days all that much. I really like the newbies, and while I feel like we don't put up with BS still, we're more welcoming than before, there seems to be less sanctimony overall, etc. I know I've gone soft, and I'm pretty okay with it.
I've been lurking on P&CE. There have been some great discussions lately.
I've been really disappointed (understatement) in the candidates the GOP put up. So much so that I rarely have words because I mean, honestly, what do you say about the likes of Romney and Santorum? For realz. I would really like to find a great source tfor legit info on the election, policies, etc. Admittedly, I need to become better informed as I have been ignoring most reports as of late due to my genuine disgust in the candidates.
Also, I mostly meant the posting frequency. I realize I could change that but I've felt like a PW in the past trying to do so.

I remember the flaming when she GBCMN. It started with her leaving her BCP at school and coming "home" to her MIL's house. She posted under an AE and screwed up.
And something about an expensive camera in exchange for cleaning.

You KNOW SDSU, Fenix, etc ALL lurk. You don't get as deep in the shiit as they did and then just never visit it again. It takes a special kind of cray-cray to go as far as many of these people did.
I just wonder if they feel embarassed or chuckle when we bring them back up.

I forget what caused GBCMN from Fenix...was she called out for all her medical issues that turned out not to be true or am I thinking of someone else?
I don't remember, exactly. I know she did come back with another name after she left as Fenix. There were a lot of questions about her medical issues, her real reason for separation from the mil, etc. I was always amazed at how much patience and energy she had to post in detail on her about her excruciating condition, cramps and the whole nine yards WHILE going through it.
Didn't she work with the Chaplain, or something?
