  I think it's fantastic.  I live in a tropical paradise where I don't have heat or a/c.  Yet, in base housing, I know people who complain they can't set their a/c below 65 when it's pretty easy to acclimate to our weather.  Forget the financial cost, that kind of energy usage is unconscionable to me.

  I think your friend sounds like an entitled brat.  I'm sure they don't base their "average" off of a single person or a family of 2.  And if people actually cared more about saving electricity and water and such while living in housing they wouldn't have to resort to things like charging people.  

   

  Exactly.  She said it wasn't a risk she could afford to take, and is constantly talking about how the MC is the root of her financial and personal problems.   

  And I'm sure she conveniently leaves out how the MC also pays for the roof over her head to hold all the purchases that have put her in financial trouble.  

  There is very little that makes me feel as stabby as entitled spouses do who blame the military for everything wrong in their life, or expect everyone to wipe their ass for them.   

  Preach it Beach. Now I'm all fired up and I haven't even gotten to work yet. What an entitled brat. Have your husband get out of the Marines, try to get a civilian job making the same gross income, and cover all your bills with no problem. Do that math, stupid twat.
