  I just read the bio of that poster-- this jackwagon has TWO other babies by different women. I might be a judgy B, but how much you want to bet he doesn't give a dime in child support for them? This guy is such an idiotic douchbag-tool that I can't stand it.

  Unless I am mistaken, it they still owe the bank money for the truck loan.

  The monthly loan payment had to be, at the very least, $300. 

  So, in essence she's wanting to file for bankruptcy over approximately $200, not the $519 garnishment.

  There has to be so much more to this than she is letting on. I think it's the past debts she has mentioned that they really want to wash away with the BK. I think this is just the excuse they will use to tell everyone when they ask why they filed. It's not the truck, it's the $30,000 in old stereo equipment and broken laptops and charged off credit cards they want to erase.
