I'm in the Chicago suburbs.
I recently started CrossFit and love it, even though it's waay outside of my comfort zone! I've also restarted Couch to 5K. I ran my first two 5Ks last year, but I stopped running in September and I'm starting from scratch again. I don't really LIKE running, but I love how I feel afterward and I love that I'm conquering something I used to be terrified of (the mile run in high school gym class was my least favorite day of the year, bar none).

Originally from SW Michigan, now living in NW Houston burbs. I visit MI regularly.
I started C25K in October 2011, and I just finished my 4th 5K. I am considering a 10K this summer in MI. My DH is in bike sales, and I'm considering getting a bike for occasional light trail and path riding.

2. Rollerblading, zumba and yoga are my favorites. I also love mountain biking, kayaking, swimming and hiking. Pretty much anything but lifting weights and the dreaded treadmill or stairclimber torture device.

I spin and love DVD's like Jillian, Jackie Warner, or Insanity. I run and roller blade in the spring, summer and fall, as our winters are pretty brutal, and I am a wuss! In the winter I try to add CC skiing and skating, when time permits and temps are above....zero.

And what H&F activities do you like to do? or at least what stuff do you do regularly? Cycling--road, anything. I race mountain bikes and cyclocross. I also do a lot of core and upper body work. I like to walk in the winter to cross train...and ride horses.

I'm in Ontario Canada - about 40 minutes west of Toronto.
I run.
When I'm not running I do Jillian Michaels DVDs or Wii Fit.
In Toms River, NJ but soon to be Grand Haven, MI.
I typically do pilates, run, and strength training.

I am a member of a running club, so every Saturday I am out running on the trail by the river. I am so glad to have this available to me in "my own backyard".
On days I don't run I usually walk my dog, cycle some, and play Just Dance on the kinect. I am also starting to get into fitness dvds since I cancelled my gym membership.

Cycling is my primary H&F activity now as I developed a really bad case of PF training for my last half-marathon. Trying to get back into running and strength training (I used to Crossfit, but don't think I will go back) as well.
