  • While they are not saying anything about motive now that I can find, Wendy Davis has been an out spoken supporter of Planned Parenthood.

She is a HUGE supporter of PP. She spoke at a rally very recently ( asvin the last two weeks, IIRC. It was pouring down rain and she stood with the other women and spoke.) She is also very outspoken about education in Texas.

    nope...no war on women

Oh I sure the bomber was just acting in self defense, yo.

  • Surprise

Here's the part where I have to admit I don't remember the capitol of Texas - was this at the State House?

It just seems odd to me that someone could do this to a THIRD FLOOR office and escape!  Maybe if they threw the cocktails at her window, but it said it was through the door....

No, this happened at her office in Fort Worth. Her office is in a new, trendy part of town with a decent amount of foot traffic.
  • omg. you know, on pce i am always reminded how civil we are unless it is a whackjob. we manage to have true discourse here. but, it seems as if that simply isnt happening in the rest of this country. the attack against gabby gifford, tea partiers spitting on elected officials, crazy hateful rhetoric, and now a firebombing. what the hell is going on here? arent we better than this? where the hell do we live now?
